POSITION SUMMARY
The Cultivation Specialist is responsible for the cultivation of our medical cannabis gardens, under the direction of the Cultivation Manager and Cultivation Leads. The Cultivation Specialist assists in monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. They are also responsible for maintaining quality control measures to ensure a high-quality product, as well as assisting with the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the cultivation areas. The Cultivation Specialist carries out day-to-day plant care, including watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming.

CORE JOB DUTIES (including but not limited to)
Plant Care:
- Measures and mixes nutrient and plant applications and applies these mixtures according to Noa Botanicals policy
- Ensures plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, scouting, repotting, trellising, and analyzing plant health according to Noa Botanicals policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Assists Cultivation Manager with rotation of strains through the garden to ensure variety and quantity for dispensary locations
Facility Cleaning:
- Performs all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools, including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
- Strictly adheres to company’s standard of sanitation and cleanliness of Cultivation facility
- Sweeping and mopping
- Sanitizing all hard surfaces, including tables and walls
Reports & Documentation:
- Assists the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensures accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
- Documents, according to Noa Botanicals policy, the application of all nutrients and/or substances applied to any plant located within the Cultivation facility

The Product Specialist must maintain a thorough understanding of medical cannabis varieties, derivatives, and infused products based on current offerings in the Hawaii market and current cannabis science. This position provides superior customer service and educational guidance to registered patients and caregivers. The Product Specialist must maintain a professional appearance, organized work environment, and dispensary appearance. The Product Specialist reports directly to the Dispensary Lead and Dispensary Store Manager.

Customer Service & Sales:
- Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude toward all patients, co-workers and the Company
- Greet patients and caregivers as they enter the dispensary. Provide exceptional service for new and returning patients, anticipate and answer any questions they may have, and provide outstanding new patient guidance
- Maintain and prepare the appropriate documentation from each patient and caregiver at every visit, ensuring the validity of his or her identification and registration with the State

The Manufacturing Specialist will execute a variety of laboratory and manufacturing tasks under the direction and supervision of our Manufacturing Manager and Manufacturing Lead. They will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. They complete tasks assigned by the Manufacturing Manager and Manufacturing Lead to operate lab equipment, monitor, and maintain cleanliness and efficiency, and drive quality control while always being compliant. This individual must be able to multitask, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast-paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. This candidate must be motivated, trustworthy, and able to operate both independently and within a team environment.

- Support the production team by assisting in day-to-day manufacturing activities
- Learn how to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment under supervision
- Assist in quality control procedures, including inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products

POSITION SUMMARY
The Transporter provides transportation of product between Noa Botanicals cultivation, dispensaries and production facilities. They are responsible for providing superior service and ensuring the accuracy of all orders and timelines of deliveries. The Transporter reports directly to the Post Harvest Manager.

Core Job Duties (including but not limited to):
- Assist in the planning and coordination of transportation routes to ensure timely delivery of cannabis products
- Learn to optimize delivery schedules for efficiency
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the transportation vehicle
- Report any mechanical issues or concerns promptly
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to local, state, and federal regulations related to the transportation of cannabis products
- Ensure that all transportation activities comply with regulatory requirements
- Follow security protocols to safeguard cannabis products during transit
- Verify the accuracy of product quantities and types before loading and after unloading
- Ensure all necessary documentation accompanies the shipment
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery schedules, vehicle inspections, and product manifests
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members
- Report any issues or delays promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols during the loading, unloading, and transportation of cannabis products.
- Follow safety guidelines for the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Interact professionally with dispensary or distribution center staff during product delivery
- Learn and follow protocols for responding to emergencies or unforeseen events during transportation
- Represent the cannabis company in a professional manner during all interactions with customers and the public
